Return Policy


SHIPPING

Free shipping in the United States. Items will be shipped UPS, USPS or FedEx in the Continental United States. All orders are subject to credit card approval. Allow 3-5 business days for in stock items.

International shipping is available by calling 216-398-4282 for details. International customers are responsible for customs and or additional fees (duty/brokerage fees) applied at the time of delivery. We take no responsibility for additional fees associated with international shipping. We try to ship Postal delivery permitting delivery in 5-8 days.


RETURN/REFUND POLICY

All County Pet Memorial Services must be notified within 48 hours of delivery of any damaged item.

In order to ensure the best possible return service, please notify us through CONTACT US page on our website or call 216-398-4282 prior to shipping to obtain return instructions. This will help to prevent unnecessary delays and/or additional shipping charges. Items that have been refused for delivery will be considered a return.



Non-Personalized Items:

The following applies to urns, keepsakes, caskets and memorial products that are not personalized. Customer has (10) business days from delivery date to return the item for a refund less a 15% restocking fee and less return shipping charges. Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition.



Personalized Items:

Personalized items cannot be returned unless the item is defective. All County Pet Memorial Services must be notified within 48 hours of delivery of any defective item.



Natural Materials:

When purchasing a product made from natural stone or wood the customer accepts that the stone or wood are natural materials with variations in color and other characteristics and agrees to accept such natural variations.
